Rates are high and the team was insensitive with the handling of canceling my deceased mother's policy. Communication within the agency seems poor and I had to repeatedly state that my mother was no longer living multiple times, even within the same conversation.

Very dissatisfied with this agency and finally made the switch after several years. - The receptionist was always rude, often not allowing us to speak with an agent and saying she’ll give them a message. Then we wouldn’t hear back after weeks... on the off chance that we were able to speak with an agent, they would say they never got a message. - Very poor communication. - they did absolutely nothing when my parked car was hit by another vehicle. I had to call incessantly to get ANY information on how to process my claim or get the status. I sent the same police report to them several times with confirmation and a month later they would ask for it again. Ultimately had to bypass them entirely in order to get the claim handled. - they didn’t take pictures or offer any guidance on how to proceed with filing a claim. - unhelpful with selecting coverage options. We had to do this ourselves as well. Based on our experience with Clune, keep looking for an agent.

I love how flexible the agents are, anytime I ask a question, they have an answer. They make changes in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!
