The Cumberland Medical Center Wellness Complexes are two premier medical fitness facilities in Cumberland County. We offer well trained staff in both medical fitness evaluations and training, as well as handling medical emergencies with our members.
Our facilities have won several national awards from the Medical Fitness Association, the Tennessee State House of Representatives, as well as Ovation Awards from the Cumberland Business Journal. We also work to provide community benefits in various ways.
