Each year, University Theatre presents 5 major theatrical productions, 2 major dance productions, a 3-play traveling summer theatre season and numerous studio productions put together by student/faculty partnerships. Typically, each season will include one musical theatre production (in partnership with the CMU School of Music), as well as a Theatre for Young Audiences production with a special matinee performance for students and teachers from across the state.
