The timings are incorrect. The service is good. I was here at 9:15 am on a Wednesday and they were still not open yet. Your mileage may vary..
Arrived in Charlotte on 29 Sep @ 3:40pm on an American Airline flight. I walked into the CNBC Express and looked around, but I didn't purchase anything. I walked by again, and I threw something in the trashcan that was in front of the store. An African-American employee, who said me his name was Michael, told me that I couldn't use that trashcan. I asked why not, since it was in front of the store and he told me it was for employees only. I told him that it shouldn't be in front of the store open to airport travelers. He got an even bigger attitude and was swearing as I was walking off, and I told him I'd notify his employer of his attitude and conduct. He continued swearing as I walked off, saying that he didn't care. Please review the camera footage if you need more proof. That being said, CNBC, you need to do some house cleaning in this store. I've seen similar comments on here, and I'm not sure if anything has been done about any of it. This employee needs to be reprimanded, and if this continues, he should be terminated. If you need anything else, please let me know. The image is where they moved the trashcan after this incident.
Very bad Customer service, this lady, is not even ready to talk to us. She don't wanna answer any questions about the price Of the items we asked very sad to see this kind of people working at the airport as a customer service or Cashier.
Extremely rude store clerk! Was having trouble with the debit machine not taking my card and the screen said i needed assistance so she came seen what the problem was and she asked me if I was trying to remove something and I said no I was just trying to pay for my stuff and it went like that. She asked if I scanned my stuff and I pointed to the screen and said yea look they're both right there and then she snapped at me "idk what you want do it yourself" and walked away. I did absolutely NOTHING to trigger this response from her just wanted to pay for my stuff. Left the store without anything. She's rude, get a new worker, based off the other reviews it looks like I'm not the first person she has been rude to.
Was in this store Wed, June 22 around 6pm.. the Clerk was very RUDE. Yelled at me for putting my cash on the counter, in front of everyone. Insisted I pick it up off the counter and place it in her hand. She should not be in the service industry representing your Brand. She refused to give me a receipt and I requested a bad & she said no. She was the only staff in the store at the time. You should either train your staff or hire staff that want to work politely in fast pasted environment.
The cashier in the CNBC in terminal B right by gate four is the most rude person ever. She was surly with me when all I did was put my yogurt down on the counter to be checked out she muttered the whole time she served me and refused to throw something in the trash for me.
Got off an international flight painful and wanted to grab a snack before my connection. I got there at 9:42pm and they had the doors closed. I asked if they were still open and was told no. Pretty bad...
