CNY Infusion Services is great place to work! It’s the best of both clinical and home/community nursing environments. The consistent schedule is a perk, and the call that is required is not nearly as bad as it may sound. From the top down, the staff is very pleasant, supportive, and professional. The nursing team is dedicated and work very well together. It’s a very streamlined operation between pharmacy and nursing, which allows you to focus on patient care. All you’re appointments are 1:1 which is great because you have time to really assess and get to know your patients health status. Unlike most clinical settings it’s very autonomous. For independent and self motivated RNs this job would be the perfect fit. Lastly, the patient population and demographic is very special. The relationships started, and maintained, can be very rewarding on a professional and personal level.
We have insurance covering all services provided by CNY. The customer service through the duration of my treatment was very good. My services were in June of 2019. The poor service from the billing department is my complaint. A year after my treatment I received an invoice for over $1,000. I contacted there office immediately and thought the issue was resolved. April 17, 2021 I received the same invoice and contacted CNY were I was told I was responsible and the invoice would be sent to collections. After discussions with CNY and the insurance provider it was clear the errors were within CNY and insurance providers documentations and communications. Nothing to do with me, EOB stating no patient responsibility. Threatening someone with collections when you can't bill the insurance company correctly is wrong.
I had the pic line for 6 weeks Christine was an angel she even checked on me at 8pm one night. Every one was fantastic . Joe was a rockstar I had a reaction took a picture sent it he came right out no delays I was told at 5pm I was done Joe came out by 6pm to remove it WOW I wish I could hire home he’s the best. Thank you to all of you who helped I am very grateful to everyone there. Joe and Christine are the hero’s thank you again
The owner is very disrespectful and Prejudice I would never called there or refer anyone there.
Staff is AWSOME but the billing department is absolutely clueless !!! They don’t bill insurances in a timely manor, they have no clue how to obtain medical records, no idea how the insurance appeal process works, AND they stopped providing me life saving medical care because the insurance company was delayed in paying for their services because they were delayed in billing !!! I don’t recommend using this company , it’s not worth the headache they cause.
