At Coach Aldo's gym there are no televisions, no futuristic equipment, no fancy machines or big attitude.

Description

Coach Aldo has spent years developing the De La Garza Training Method in order to provide first in class training individualized for each of his clients. Each of Coach's clients has gone through a full fitness assessment to determine their current physical level and define their long term goals. Using this assessment Coach is able to identify the program that will work best for each client and provide maximum results.

Coach Aldo is very knowledgeable and runs a top notch gym in New Braunfels. If you're a professional athlete or your kids want to participate in sports, Coach Aldo is the perfect trainer for you. Not only is Coach Aldo a phenomenal trainer, he's one of the nicest, most genuine person you will ever meet. A+++
Aldo is an outstanding personal trainer! I’m convinced our son got a football scholarship to a D1 school because of Aldo and Justin pushing him. My husband and I have been going too and the results have been awesome! He trains the best athletes in NB and surrounding areas.

Aldo is great! This gym is about attention to your specific needs. I coach wrestling and many of my students have gone to Aldo to develop strength that is specific to the sport. He works with football players very well and has a large following of ladies that love the personal experience. If your looking for a gym that will help you with specific needs for strength and conditioning, you won’t find a better place.
If you have a kid in sports or if you are a kid in sports and you want to be one of the best on the team and/or get an athletic scholarship…Aldo is the best decision you will ever make! He will use his tried and true DeLaGarza training system to get you in the best shape of your life. Football, baseball, basketball and volleyball….If you need to be bigger, stronger, faster, or have more vertical you need Coach Aldo!
Great place to work out and get healthy! Aldo will tailor your workouts and diet to help you meet your goals. It’s my second home.
Aldo knows his shizz!! He helped me with my son achieve his D1 aspirations. My boys started 3yrs for the University of Houston, and Aldo was a HUGE part in getting him there!!!
