A 7-week (small) group(s), with gradual exploration in eating a variety of mostly whole foods. Adopt easy-to-prepare culinary choices and more awareness for alternate meals and snacks. This is a program with a general method, not a diet. Weight loss often occurs through natural reduced appetite. In addition, many reported feeling more energy and adopted a future diet with less meat and healthier proteins for an overall better balance. Group tips, exchanges, handouts, and surprises! Led by Coach Colbert, IIN CHC, except as noted below.

Bob C. comments: He continues to eat 20% less meat, liked learning to eat healthier, and lost 7 lbs. “I feel better eating less meat physically and mentally, knowing that less animals are sacrificed for my consumption, as well as contributing (in a small way) that I’m making the world a little better, one step at a time.”
