Coach always delivers for me. Everywhere I go for a Coach purse purchase, I always find what I need. The staff are always helpful. This location was no different. I was able to go in and get help to find what I needed quickly even during the busy and hectic shopping season. Coach purchases make a great gift any time, but extra special at Christmas. I suggest Coach to anyone who wants to give or purchase for yourself a great quality product. They have men’s items as well. Thanks Coach.
I usually visit this particular store at least 3 to 4 times a year. It's usually a great experience. On 12/28/2022, it was the first time in 8 years that I was not greeted. No one asked if I needed assistance. No one asked if I was finding everything I needed. The store wasn't full or super busy, I guess the other customers were better for sales. I'll keep shopping online, Thank you for spoiling a wonderful shopping experience.

I visited the store today! The store is nicely kept and the cashiers are welcoming and very sweet! The issue I had was with a manager, she was a heavy set Caucasian woman with bleached blonde hair. I spoke to her first and she didn't greet me back or acknowledge me. Her presence around her employees was even off! I hate to see employees who tense up when a negative manager comes around, she definitely gives bully vibes! Coach needs to put her back in customer service training!
1/8 I went to this location tangelo we were greeted when we walk through the door but after that NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED US AT ALL.. There where two young ladies just talking standing by the table where one of the purses I purchased no one still say nothing.. I feel like they pick and choose who they help not all African Americans are broke.. I bought two purse because I need them for my trip to Puerto Rico.. but after this experience I might need to leave coach alone and just keep shopping at MC!!!!!!!
Black Friday is always the best time to visit for deals on good, quality, bags. This year did not disappoint. My mom and I both added to our collection.
Very welcoming, staff was absolutely wonderful, store was well kept, stock was pristine, overall a great experience and definitely will return to shop in the future, money well spent

Always plenty of staff working, all professional and friendly service with each visit. I never had a bad experience. A very large selection bags and wallets. What makes it loose a star, I don't care for their 30 day new and unused return policy. I noticed the quality of their product is not quite like it use to be years ago. Therefore they should modify their return policy to accomodate quality issues.
