I recently visited the Coach outletstore in Riverhead and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The employees seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than assisting the customers. When I asked for help in finding a particular product, their reluctance and lack of enthusiasm were evident. It's disheartening to encounter such apathetic behavior from the staff. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and provided with attentive service. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to the Coach store. It seemed like the employees were not interested in their work and were simply going through the motions. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and addresses the issue promptly. I hope my feedback helps in bringing about positive change. However, based on my recent encounter, I am hesitant to recommend the Coach outletstore in Riverhead to others.
I went to COACH in the outlets and I left feeling uncomfortable. Personally, the products are amazing and the displays are gorgeous, but the staff especially 1 judge you by what you look like. I felt like I was being judge because of my race and because I wasn’t dressed “rich”. One lady working there gave my the biggest attitude and look. I am disappointed because Coach is a great brand and they have beautiful designs.
Today I received great service at the Coach outlet I got a few embroidered key tags, bag and purse for my sis for Mother's Day. Very friendly and good deals!
I came here to get a gift for my boss , and I have to say , they did not treat me any different than their " regulars " . Now reason I say this is because , it's Coach , it's a high end store , so most stores like this expect a very type of customer to shop there , and for me I was just wearing my casual clothes and I did not look like I had a ton to spend , but this did not alter the way I was treated ! I got exactly what I was looking for at the budget I was looking for , and the staff was super sweet in the process! They also recommended taking photos in the bag , and sending to my boyfriend . Overall great experience , compared to other high end stores , they made me feel very comfortable. Thank you coach team !
I went there today the customer service was the worst. The guy told us he cannot put our items in a box because that's not a part of his job and he has another things to do . He Gave us the box and walk away from the cash register.
Came in for a wallet it took some time to find the one I liked. End up with something and I love the color and size. Customer service was acting funny associates was uncomfortable at times no need to treat people like that. They tried to be friendly however I can see right through it.
It's a great store with great sales. The sales people are helpful.

Nice selection . However all customers are not treated the same.. some are racially profiled depends on who's working the day you go I guess.. they also do not honor online prices if differ from current prices in store
