Kathleen Meyer has been our realtor for four home purchases, and four home sales. Her knowledge of the markets and values has been spot on every time. She has helped us to list right, and to offer right. She is especially good with real estate contracts and assessing contingent offers. We have bought some of our homes in very competitive markets and the key to winning is having the right agent. Kathleen is our go-to realtor every time!!
We used Kathleen Meyer and Coakley Realty to purchase our house in Chevy Chase. There were multiple offers. She respected our limits regarding what we would pay and kept in constant communication with us during negotiations. Worst management company in Rockville. They Never answer the phone they never fix any issues ,they want to run properties down to the ground. So they can sell them on their real estate side.
