I was passing through IL and having trouble with one ear. I could not hear. I stopped in on Saturday. The checking process was super easy. Everyone up front was smiling and helpful. After a short wait Nicole brought me back to be seen. She was super friendly and efficient. I could tell she was great at what she does. After she checked me out I waited for the Nurse Practitioner. Susan was so easy going and helpful. Within a few minutes she had me figured out. Smiling and friendly the entire time, she finished the diagnosis and provided me with a game plan. When you need Healthcare and you are traveling, it can be a freaky experience. This turned out to be a great experience. I am thankful for the team here.
Was encouraged to see primary for ADHD medications, advice or recommended to a specialist to get evaluated. Was told by primary ADHD doesnt exsist in adults but "will have a specialist call." Never got a call. Never went back. Was also recently diagnosed with ADHD by specialist so doctor should probably get re certified.
This facility is our "go to" for certain!! Today the NP & nurses juggled 3 of our 5 grandkids to determine they were not only covid & strep free, but a general virus attacking them! I am amazed @ how much care & attention were given to our grandkids in such a short amt of time!! We love Diamond Healthcare!
Some advice...pay attention to the reviews. If the reviews are mostly negative that is a strong indication that something is not right. I had a mammogram scheduled for the Morris Hospital Diamond facility at 8am. I drove 20 miles in the snow during the covid pandemic to be informed the mammogram machine was not working since the prior day. There is no excuse for Morris Hospital Diamond facility to fail to notify a patient of a cancellation due to equipment not working. Who dropped the ball here? Who should have taken the effort to make sure a patient was notified of a cancellation? A simple phone call would have been nice. I strongly advise, do not utilize the Morris Hospital Diamond facility.
Went in for Bronchitis symptoms and was seen by Barb. She was the most pleasant person to deal with. I felt like my mom was taking care of me and she was not going to let me leave until she knew without a doubt that she did everything she could to make sure I got better.
Great service! I had a Covid test Negative. There was no wait and it was very well organized. The nurse performing the test was kind and professional. I had to call back to understand how to access the portal to get my results and Maddie could not have been kinder or more helpful and courteous.
Same great OB, Dr. Marascas, now 2 minutes away. They also see my daughter for urgent care and have a pediatrician on staff. Then when they did my lab work for my out of network Psycholigist, wow.......and I'm on a free state medical plan and have never been charged anything! Couldn't get any better
I called and was told they start covid testing at 6 a.m. so I was there with my baby. No answers on the phone so I walked in and stood back to say I was there for his test. That's when I was informed they don't do it until 8! It's always so hard to get through to their phones and to schedule things.
Awsome staffing and drs with excellent diagnosis of symptoms and testing. Coal city office work as one unit with excellent customer service and communication skills with customers and staff
It’s my first time at the place and I was very impressed. The front desk was so nice and patient. I was going to riverside medical in coal city and they are absolutely awful! I am so appreciative to find this place, so I don’t ever have to step foot in riverside again!
