Was stationed at CGAS Astoria 2005 - 2007. The exchange has evolved considerably since then. I never understood why this exchange sells groceries. The prices of everything are equal or higher than downtown. It's a uniform exchange with guns and ammo and misc. other stuff. I still visit this exchange because I want to support the CG morale fund.

This is an amazing small community CGX. The staff are amazing and very professional. You have an extremely wide selection of wine, alcohol and other necessary amenities. I have loved doing business here for last 5 years. Thank you!
The place is cool and all but the downside is gun counter is only open Thursday through Sunday
They let me gas up without a military ID but you can't go shopping in the store without a military ID.
Awesome exchange! Has beer, tobacco, guns, ammo, outdoor gear, and all types of clothes and shoes. The people that work there are supper friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this place for shopping or filling up on gas.
