CHW was started by Blair Lober, CRNP to deliver quality health care in the comfort of an individual's home. She received a dual nurse practitioner degree in Family and Acute care from the University of South Alabama. Her experience as a nurse practitioner includes family medicine, home health and functional medicine. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a RN at UAB Hospital in the Trauma/Burn ICU.
When she is not seeing patients, Blair enjoys spending time on the water with her husband, Jason, and her two boys, Jackson and Hampton.
Coastal Health & Wellness was started to deliver quality, convenient and cost effective health care to individuals in their homes or businesses around Spanish Fort and the Easter Shores. CHW provides yearly wellness visits (including labs) as well as minor urgent care needs (sore throat, ear pain, cough/cold, UTIs, and others). We will be accepting several insurance companies as well as discounted prices for cash payers who pay in full at time or visit.
