The car wash and employees do a decent job. However if you pay for a more expensive wash with tire shine, you may end up going home and wiping the car down again even after you pay $30 to have everything done. That tire shine slings off and goes all over the side of your "Clean Car". The last 3 times I went to Coats, this happened to me. Ive written to the company with no response. For this reason, my review is lower.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! I waited until I heard back from a manager in regards to my first & LAST time ever going before reviewing. So as pictured that’s what happened. On that day their customer service rating can also get a zero as well. Very rude people that work there. Heard back today & Per “policy” they’re not going to do anything about it. Not even a refund. The vacuums were also garbage, didn’t even pick anything up in my car & I tried 2. So was it worth it at 9.50$— NO! Now I can understand the high prices as retaining Customers is not one of their priorities. Replying to “owner” So per policy can’t fix— ok can’t make a customer happy by offering a refund or future purchase to retain the customer? As having worked with customers & having customer service experience, yours need revamped.Services: Vacuuming
These guys are pretty good and quick, definitely tipped them pretty good because they deserve it. I think its the best car wash around for what they do for the price
I've been a customer for years of the Niles location. Absolutely love the staff, they do a great job when I get my interior done. My issue is with your text message offers. This month I received an offer for a free epic wash for my birthday, which is what I always get and is very generous. My issue is that the text said the offer expires 8/31. I waited until til today 8/31 to redeem it because of how the weather has been lately. When I pull up the coupon it shows that it did indeed expire today 8/31 but at 12:21 pm. The text message I received just had the date listed, not a time with it. I assumed it was good til end of business today, but I guess I was wrong. All I ask is that if offers are not going to be valid til the end of the day that they are listed to expire state that in your original message.Services: Vacuuming
Did a great job when I could use it. Had a lift installed on the back of my truck in February.. they told me I couldn’t use the drive threw because of liability. So I called and canceled my membership and till this day still charging me every month.
Not happy with membership. I had the Epic package but the tire shine was awful. It got all over my chrome rims and splashed black spots on the side of my white car. I asked if they could delete the tire shine and was told they cannot. I had to go with a lesser package with doesn't have all the other features that I really like. If I'm paying $45/mo I should be able to take off tire shine without changing my package.
Absolutely loved it. Everyone was so polite. I am handicapped, two of the guys made sure I got to the bench, even wiped floor dry so I didn't slip. Then helped me into my car. A true pleasure!
They did an amazing job. Would recommend them to anyone that needs there vehicle fully detailed. Will definitely be going there for future detailing.Service: Auto detailing
I worked here and was hired at 12$ an hr I get my check and it's only 10$ and hour. Also the so called boss lady in the back who is very young and takes the money, well all those tips go to her and her sister who work back and forth between the front and back. Not to us the washers and the ones doing all the work. I watch her go home with 300$ plus everyday while she hands myself and another 3-5$ I never ever would have thought such a business would be ran in such a trashy way. I highly recommend not allowing any of ur child to work here either for they can't eat they can't break and u can't use the bathroom
Coates car care is the best place to go to have your car or SUV cleaned, in and out. Very nice people also
