Just wanted to share a wonderful review for you at Coca Cola inc to acknowledge one of your awesome Reps. Greg Herrera, he is such an amazing person and for over 10years he has always been speaking about his work at Coca Cola that he enjoys so much. I just wanted to say every time I see him restocking at his stores he is always going the extra mile for the customers even if he does not work for the store itself because he his the Coca Cola rep, but I hope you see what a hard worker Greg Herrera is. Do yourself a favor and switch over to Pepsi. If you need any type of service or have any issues with equipment, it will be as difficult as it gets to set up service and that's if you're lucky that it's during their office hours. It used to not be so before.
If you are unloading product here, be aware they do not value your time. Broker rate conformation had 10am appt and they say it's 1400. Us and the broker have been ignored for over 2 hrs and still waiting for unload at 1230. Gate security was super nice and tried to helpful. Unfortunately, he was also ignored.
I have been trying to get Vitamin Water Zero stocked properly at the Ralph's in Indio for the past 6 months and they are always out. I don't understand why Coca-cola can not get the store stocked properly. I have complained at Ralph's 10 times and they keep telling me they will work with their coke rep.
Several times I’ve had trouble finding diet dr. Pepper in the mini cans I’m on my way to the 7th store today to try and find even a 6 pack. Please try and stock more in the stores obviously it sells. It’s always out.
All what ihave from Coca-Cola Is keeping me in hold for more than 2hrs and no help.
