OH MY!!!! Thank you so much for making all those Delicious Baked Goods for my daughter’s Gender Reveal. What can I say but……… I will Highly Recommend your Bakery to all in the Albany Area.

It was excellent and unique cake I ordered it online in there website for my little 1 year old son for his 1st birthday it came out very beautiful designed and they did special cake designed for me as per picture I sent it to them to make a birthday cake. I really suggested to everyone to go there and they do have various cupcakes and wedding cakes too. I loved this cake shop best in Albany city. Thank you very much for making so beautiful cake for my little champ and service is really very helpful asked to put the big cake in the car and how to put it so don’t get spoil it from inside properly packed it well.

I had such a great experience at Coccadotts! I have ordered some custom cookies in the past for my business, and everyone loved them so much that I had to order them again for my daughters 1st birthday party. I filled out the online order form, but when my mom went to pick up the cookies there was no photo on them. Mike had me send the photo over right away and they fixed the cookies before her birthday party, which was the next morning. They looked amazing, and my guests absolutely loved them. I can’t thank Coccadotts and Mike enough. Great experience working with them.

I reached out to Coccadotts for a quote on my birthday cake as well as a few others. Coccadotts responded promptly as the others left me hanging for over a week with event being days away. Coccadotts took the pictures I showed them and the vision I had for my theme and captured it completely. I was so pleased by how beautiful the cake looked and that was before we tasted how delicious the cake was. I was so impressed and recommend them for your event.

Ordered a cake for my mother the night before, and was able to pick it up the next afternoon. I didn't give them much to work with, and the cake turned out beautifully!! They also added sparkles alllllll over the top, it was a nice surprise! Will definitely be ordering again in the future :

Went in today got a raspberry swirl and rainbow cupcakes i liked the raspberry one most the rainbow one the filling was frozen or might even liked it more but still delicious

Customer service means a lot to me, so I won't sugar coat it, the few times I've stopped in here I was treated rudely, like my being there was an inconvenience to them. I am no stranger to this, my appearance often gives opportunity for people to show their true colors. I won't ever try coming here again, three times was three too many. I'm tired of trying to support small local businesses who clearly have no interest in treating me like a person. I honestly feel they are very much like any other bakery you can get custom cakes from as far as designs go, as for taste? A price chopper cake has better taste and texture than anything I have ever had from here.

We are so happy that we chose Coccadotts Cake Shop for our wedding cake! The cake was beautiful and delicious! They had a lot of options to choose from for both cake flavors and designs. We had a multi-tiered cake, and each tier was a different flavor. We really enjoyed working with Coccadotts Cake Shop and highly recommend them!

Start to finish, my experience with this company was top notch! Mike, the manager, was very helpful with a couple questions I had for my mother’s 80th and he was extremely professional. I shopped a few different bakeries and he was the reason I chose Coccadots. The lemon cake was the best we’ve ever had and it really made her day. Even the gluten free cupcakes were delicious. This is my 3rd time ordering from Cocadotts Cake Shop. This bakery is hands down one of the best there is! It's so clean and organized. They have always done an outstanding job with every cake request I've made so far. I would definitely order from here for years to come. Every flavor, attention to details is just impeccable.
