“Wow!” Terrible service to say the least. Your representatives don’t care and lie about turnaround times, because they don’t know. You get better service at fast food restaurants. To call you a court house is a disgrace. I was forced to escalate to a supervisor, but Tania likes to hang up on people and seems like she’s the only one answering the phone there. I’m from Tucson, and now I’m forced to have to drive down there because you guys don’t even answer your voice messages. Even asking for supervisor call backs. I’m beyond disgusted by your service, and will make sure it’s addressed accordingly when I get therein person. I will be updating this review…. As of now, I’m just simply still trying to ask for a records request. Nothing has been done also if I have already paid and the court took the 28 dollar fee??? I will dispute the charge with my bank if necessary.

Tried to pay on a fine months ago. Didn’t have certain information to find my case and any time I called and left a message no one ever picked up or called back. Now my fine has been sent to collections because the motherf*ckers are there only 1 day a week.

No one answers their phone. Or returns phone calls. 8 freaking windows AND ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING. Also. Called while in the office to see if a phone rang. NOPE! It’s difficult to return phone calls when you don’t have one that rings.

Extremely difficult to contact. I have three different numbers to get in touch with someone from the court. Yet no one has picked up in the last 3 days I've called so I left multiple voice messages as well as sent a fax and still no response. They are quick to charge a late fee but the last to hold themselves accountable.

How can I be expected to pay off a ticket and get my license reinstated when they wont let you get through to pay them? I've been dealing with them taking my state refund every year for 4 years now. The last couple years they just send a letter saying they took it but they dont even list my prior credits or open balance! If I lived there I would have just shown up and paid them but I dont and I cant even drive there to figure out how to solve this matter.

Highly corrupt municipal corporation. I was just arrested after trying to take pictures of my own files to prove their corruption. Court security Clerk, and clerk supervisor lied to Sierra Vista police department and had he arrested. I will be suing them all. Freedom of information act says I am allowed everything I asked for without cause for arrest and the dozen plus charges they earned that day. Judges here are corrupt. They will try to lie, cheat, steal and kidnap to make themselves look better. If this were a lie I would be liable. As I stand unarrested for that it speaks for its self.

Yes they definitely don't answer their phone at all. I called for 4 days and no one answered at all. Leave a message and they still don't call back. Just collecting a paycheck with no public service.

Courtious and efficient; but recently, it takes forever to return calls so anticipate calling often to get questions answered or resolve an issue. There must have been a change in personel or they just got really busy.

Answer the phone once a day and then you can’t even help people because your so lazy . Horrible
