I’m not gonna lie, even though the roads are very tiny for me to maneuver, but this is by far one of the cleanest parks I’ve seen in a very long time. Shout out to the manager/landlord and the people living here. You guys are doing a great job.

Very nice and safe community, we have many friends here who help each other and live like a family.

I give this place a 5 Star just for the changes they've already made. I lived here 6 years ago and driving through it now is almost unrecognizable. Great effort and keep up the good work!

Very happy to own a home here. Property Management is very kind, helpful and understanding. It’s an older park, but kept very clean and is a quiet community.

I have live in the Park for 5 years. No complains at all very quiet. Excellent neighbors, all age park, rasanable lot $475 includes waist disposal. Management is very accessible.

Somebody told me that used to be really bad back in the day. I only noticed it being very quiet and laid-back with quiet friendly neighbors

I've lived here 2 years now on a rent to own program and now own my own home! The management is very friendly and easy to work with!! You may see a few negative reviews from people stereotyping individuals they've seen here, but one should never judge someone based upon appearance alone. This is a very safe environment for families, we've felt comfortable here this whole time and have become close with some of my neighbors.

I was part of the new management that turned the park around 2 yrs ago. Bad reviews left are by people that couldn't get in or was kicked out. Such as Richard Greeson, a convict on the run. Previous owner I worked under has sold the park to someone who actually knows what they are doing. We cleaned the park up and made it a family orientated place as opposed to a place brought down by the criminal element. The new owner has taken it to the next step bringing in new trailers and actually putting money into the parks appearance. I still keep in touch with the friends I made while living there that are still there. A great bunch of people to have as neighbors and friends.

Whoever said that they were part of the team that helped upgrade the property and the only people leaving bad reviews are people who are lying, or can't get in, why did my friend just pay money for a application for a background check to be told he could not live there due to his credit, then get a refund, which absolutely nobody does after someone puts in an application, I would stay far far away from this place something sketchy is going on with management, also they have a pretty dumb policy for someone who is purchasing a home , if he had enough money to pay for the home I think he has enough money to cover your petty lot rent‍ that's just common sense its probably not something you people deal with often being in Florida

I dont live here, but I know people there. I asked what they thought about living there and they really enjoyed it. They now own their trailer and they say that the neighborhood is pretty quiet. They also have nice neighbors.
