We received our couch from COCOCO today just in time for the holidays. After ordering and returning a sofa from West Elm we were feeling a little gun shy about ordering a custom piece. From our first appointment with Casey, I knew it was going to be an amazing experience. In addition to being warm and patient she was incredibly knowledgeable about the fabric selections and options that would best suit our needs. She walked us through several different options for the several weeks that it took for us to finally make a decision. With Casey’s help, We finally landed on the Clark sofa with Milan velvet fabric in the color Kale. The product is superior and when delivered It exceeded my expectations. Gorgeous craftsmanship. The quality is second to none and Delivery was seamless thanks to Trent and team. Cannot thank Casey enough for all of her assistance - looking forward to working with her again!
We are thrilled with our new sofas. We purchased two English Arm loveseats in Mont Blanc Sycamore. This is our second purchase from Cococo Home. Our first was the Metro chair in 2014, and it still looks like new. Expect a long wait time our sofas took 8 months, but the customer service is top notch.
The show room is beautiful and our consultant was quite friendly. There are a LOT of dimensions in the construction of a sofa and it would have been infinitely more helpful if they had had examples of the options for the buyer to physically inspect. I HOPE I made the right choice. I can't KNOW I did until I get the final product as I was unable to experience the seat depth-back combo that I purchased.
I am very excited to get my cork samples in the mail and proceed with my furniture order. I love the sustainability of cork and am excited to work with COCOCO home and get my ottoman. I will add photos when it is here.
Had an excellent experience. I think it was Diana that helped me. She was amazing. She secured parking because of a large community event happening in the front of the building. She was attentive and walked through different options for us. The selections were beautiful and I'm excited for our purchase.
So far, my experience with Cococo Home has been great. I ordered 2 leather club chairs last week and Diane was very helpful and professional. I'll update the review when my sample arrives and my chair order is completed in 8-10 weeks. Loved the store!
I absolutely love my chesterfield. I've had it for 2 months. Yes, it took awhile especially once it left the factory and you aren't going to get automated updates. But, I knew that going in, so I didn't really care. I worked directly with Steve and had a great experience. First, he sent me samples and then about a year later, when I was ready to purchase, I decided to fly to NC and make my decision in the store, which I really recommend. Picking a fabric from a tiny little sample is really risky for such an expensive purchase, so it was worth it to me to fly in plus there is some good hiking nearby. I ended up with a different material and color than I would have otherwise purchased. Plus then I could easily walk around and say, this size, these nails, these legs, this shape. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice, it's such a beautiful lush color. My brother told me that now that I have such a fancy couch, I need to get rid of everything else and start over!
Rinu was incredibly helpful. She explained all of the options that were available to us and answered all of our questions. I am very excited about our couches that we have designed. They are everything I could have wanted but never thought I could have in one product.
First, greeted by a sweet little furry friend when I walked in the door. :. Very friendly, family owned and operated. Efficient and helpful sales manager who took time and demonstrated patience as I chose just the right leather and seating for our project. Needed a custom depth sofa for a specific space and COCOCO delivered! Can't wait for it to arrive!
Great selection of sofas chairs ++ in this beautiful old mill showroom, along with amazing, thoughtful sales help.Great people. Tip: do study/research the website beforehand noting all the custom sizes, styles, leather/fabric colors that are right for you. Make an appt. But, you can order online successfully- the overall quality is that good. IF like me, u want to jump in the cushions, feel the leathers, and look at the finishes up close its worth driving I-77. Custom made in NC. Thanks to all.
