I worked at this plant for 12 years of my life and i have to say it was a great disappointment. Most of my time there consisted of wage freezes just so Mike Kyro, Plant manager, could make his spread sheets to corporate look better. If you're considering getting involved with this place i urge you to not make the same mistake i did and waste any amount of time with them. I gave them my two weeks notice and did outstanding work for them..did absolutely nothing wrong against them and they still treated me like a dog during the time i was there and after i left. Politics ran/runs deep here and even though they tell you they treat everybody equally it's the biggest lie you will hear from this place. Leaders delegate their work to high seniority favorites on the floor and when real issues come to play they are clueless on how to go about dealing with them. Very unprofessional place honestly. Whenever i had any issues, big and small, none of them were dealt with but rather given the deaf ear and blind eye policy. If you can't see it then it's not there type of thing and if you ignore it it will magically go away. They can't let me write enough about this place and in fact I'm sure that i would run out of space if i attempted it because it would be a thick novel of all the woes that come with this place.
