My phone appointment to was scheduled for 9:40am. I got a call at 8:37am but didn't get to the phone in time. I was left a message with a number to call back.. I called twice and left message each time. It's now 3:37pm and I have not had a call back. This puts my case in jeopardy of being dismissed and it was not at my doing. If you're gonna schedule someone a certain time, then keep that time I find all of this highly unprofessional.

Calling the food stamp lady, she's simply non existent. We leave repeated messages for this woman and she never calls back. Alabama as a whole crappy state needs to come to the 21st century. DHR needs to hire more than one slow non-exitant Food Stamp lady.....  I mean really people come on!  You can at least call people back.

Because the people who work there treat you well
