Closed the Knoxville office without notifying anyone! Everyone had to make a 2hr trip to the Oneida office. The Dr. was great but the intake people and nurses were horrible. The Dr confided in me that the next day was his last as he could not accept the "new rules" being imposed on folks who had a legitimate need for certain mg of medicines. MRI'S, X-RAYS, and a Specialty Dr, plus genetic coding for which medicines would work, and as a physician, he was unable to do what was NEEDED for me and his other patients that truly needed the proper care of a Doctor who truly cared! Also, the Oneida office said all the records were NOT TRANSFERRED from the Knoxville office. How does that happen??!!! The management company out of Easley, SC, SUCKS!!!!!
The doctors are awesome and very down to earth. They are fast getting you in and out, AFTER you wait the four hour waiting room time. Idk what takes so long by its always a long wait. If not for thy it would be ok.
For over 2 hours weve waited in one if the back rooms and hade one 5 minute conversation with the doctor and as soon as he left the waiting game started back up its been 35 minutes since we've last seen him and it's still on going AND THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL NURSES there here for a paycheck bot for your health
