Great place to do laundry we come here often Always clean, including the bathroom, washers, dryers, floors, trash and sinks. Very very nice laundry place!!!! Lots of washers and dryers are available Never in here for more then my load cycle Never have to wait for a dryer or water

Overpriced, especially when you incorporate the fact that the washing machines STINK. A terrible metallic smell started here last week when I washed. I went back today and the smell is still there. My clothes smell TERRIBLE. The woman working said there is an issue with the pipes and allowed me to wash again in a different machine. The smell was worse after the second wash. I will not be back. Avoid until they fix the pipes

This is a Very Clean Laundromat that Lisa ,Angie , & Mary are always pleasant & social to the patrons, & helpful when needed . They go Above & Beyond in assisting the customers. They are constantly cleaning the Units , Floors , & helping the Individuals with operating the card machine. Everyday may bring upon some that needs attention & they are there in the spot to handle or help ! Great Owner who keeps up on his Units & Inside his Business. I have nothing but positive for the Owner & his Staff ! Great Job ! Also , a Very Safe Environment to go to !

Always spot-on clean laundry attendant Mary is very pleasant always kind and courteous which is hard to find nowadays new machines are excellent and I love laundry cards easy peasy

Had my clothes stolen from the dryer I was using - I ran down the road to run a couple errands. I had an alarm set for when the laundry would be ready. Came back within 5 minutes of the laundry being done and my clothes were gone. The staff left notes to the owner to contact me, as the incident happened directly in the site of a camera. The owner did not contact me and has told his staff to tell me it is not his responsibility or his fault. He refuses to have the respect to reach out to me or to help me in any way, shape, or form. One staff member claims to have seen it all happen and knows who took the clothes, yet the owner still won't help. Now after a couple weeks, the staff member is changing her story as well. I have been a regular customer of this location for almost 6 years and will no longer be using this company or supporting this garbage can of an owner. If you value your laundry, go somewhere else or keep your hands on the machine the entire time. 0/5 stars

Constant price increases for long term customers. Other places do the exact same drop off service for half the price. The prices have increased 2x in the last 2 months. Last week I arrived at 630p to pick up my clothes and the lights were off and the laundry worker was in her car about to leave. The sign says they close at 9pm but the time varies. I've been dropping my clothes off for years but will no longer being do so being that the price has doubled because he decided to upgrade. Looks nice inside but I'll take my business elsewhere.

If I go to a coin $0.25 it costs me for 30 mins $1 .. here it either costs me $3 or $2.25. Why am I supposed to pay that high????? No. It’s taking advantage of people. I am never going to come back again. Same thing for the washer machines- OVERPRICES AND NO QUALITY- 20 mins wash. The machine is set for fast wash which in fact doesn’t wash the clothes the proper way. No. Disappointing and DECEPTIVE.

I was highly disappointed at the staff member that I encountered the evening of 6/21/22. I was on a 9day work stretch getting off at 630p with just enough funds to purchase soap on the way home, wash at home, and dry at the laundromat as my dryer is unpredictable. I called at 710p and the staff member was unprofessional as I told her I used them on day shift hours never in the evening inquiring the cut off for starting dry time. She said “8…” I said thank you so much and she replied “mm hmm..” and hung up. Living 5mins away, I made it to the facility by 7:55p as she saw me haul my basket of laundry and locked the door. I knocked and she said “ITS 8!!!!” I held my phone to the door with the correct time and she said oh well and walked away. Again I’ve used this place for years and never received such poor customer service. I will be calling soon with a follow up due to such poor service.

Came in at 7:30 to switch clothes from washer to dryer and was kicked out by an unfriendly dark haired woman with our wet clothes who said “I’m leaving at 8 I don’t care” “last wash at 8 not my policy” it was 7:30…. The doors clearly say last wash 8pm and closes at 9pm and with us arriving at 7:30 to put our last dry in before 8. Anyways had to go home with sopping wet clothes and had have to pay for a rewash which I feel I should be refunded for.
