Don’t know what happened to this place, but I doubt I’ll ever be back. I asked for a “like” size. They didn’t even fill up the cup everyone else had a scoop that went over the brim. I asked for cherry pie filling as a mix in. I received 2 whole cherries. Plus she mixed my icecream so long I could have sucked it up with a straw. Whatever, people mess up sometimes, was my thought. Then my wife had asked for one of their flavors of the month which was one of the cookie dough ones. The person asked what toppings and my wife said whatever ones come in the special. She have sore add-ins or toppings. I still wasn’t going to say anything. When we got home we grabbed the bag they had put the Carmel apple that we had ordered in. Juice had leaked through the bag because we had asked them to slice this. In the past these have always come in a plastic container. But this was straight in a brown lunch sack. I am 100% sure that would not pass food safety requirements.
Ordered 2 gotta have it Oreo cream and both were grainy and chunky. Tasted very! They need to check dates on the ice cream so they don’t sell outdated ice cream.
I asked for a cookie dough ice cream and they gave me peanut butter cup instead. They need to be a lot more careful about getting orders right, especially when there's a possibility that someone could be allergic to certain foods. The quality of the ice cream is mid. I feel like I could go to the grocery store and buy a container of ice cream for the same price and quality.
Came in a bit before closing and as soon as I entered one of the employees started checking their watch. If they were closed they should’ve locked their doors. I asked for the cookie dough icecream and she tried giving me a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I asked if she could make it like the picture that’s clearly posted everywhere and she didn’t know what i was talking about. Somebody needs to control their employees, there is no reason to behave in such an inappropriate way especially when you just scoop ice cream. Not sure if she’s racist or was simply having a bad day.
I went there last week, there were around 10 people and I waited 40 minutes. Today there were 4 people and I waited 15-16 minutes. That comes out to about 4 minutes per person in line. Now you can estimate how long your wait time will be!
Came in with my family of 4. Ordered for 3 of us, and wasn't even able to ask for the 4th person before the kid asked me if I had paid yet. Everyone that got something liked theirs. Terrible customer service but apparently the ice cream is good.
This Coldstone has been very good to me. They have some decent employees but the one whose impressed me the most is Zane. He has stellar recommendations, and is a great conversation guy. Will go back often
As far as I’m aware, the food is fine. The customer service was bad. My friends only got personal orders consisting of one flavor and one topping while I got one of the signature styles. Yet when one of them mentioned he had a gluten allergy, whoever had to make his order groaned in frustration loudly from the back when it got relayed. I understand we came in during the last hour of being open and the staff is on the younger side. It was still an awkward experience since his order was made first and we needed to wait for the rest.
What a wonderful experience we just had! I haven't been to this location in a while and I think that they moved buildings? Anyways, the worker that helped us was just amazing! We loved her attitude towards life and her friendliness towards us and our kids. I tried the mango ice cream and it was refreshing and delicous. My daughter had the cotton candy with sprinkles. Yumm!
Every time I come to this store my experience is the worst. Placed a mobile order and arrived when it said it would be ready. I walk up to the ‘online order pick up’ and stood there for minutes without a single employee saying anything to me. Granted there are at least 5 employees working at the time. I finally had to get an employees attention and ask if I could get my mobile order. I tell them the name and they don’t have it. They tell me orders aren’t coming through. So they ask me what I ordered and I don’t know because my wife placed the order, not me. And the screenshot she sent me only shows +1 for ingredients. She’s not available for me to call so they just sit there not knowing what to do because apparently they can’t pull up the order or see it. The one employee tells the other to call the manager, but is hesitant to do so because the last time they called she “sounded annoyed”. I don’t think the manager has room to be annoyed when your system isn’t working. If annoy should be annoyed it should be your mobile customers. Your lines are always backed up and slow so mobile should be the solution… but I guess not. Employees are super unprofessional and really just don’t care at all. Instead they concern themselves with having their own private conversations and don’t prioritize the busy lines. There’s no organization or professionalism. I understand this is a high school student job, but at least have one responsible person on shift to run things properly. Sacrificing customer service to save a dollar. Store is also dirty and looking run down. This store desperately needs new management.
