On the strength of banner 2009 in which it posted a record $170 million in closed property sales, Kissimmee-based Coldwell Banker Ackley Realty was the top-ranked Coldwell Banker affiliate in both Florida and the Southern Region encompassing 14 states.
Ackley Realty, now in its 26th year of operations, finished the year as the No. 1 affiliate in its size category – 51 to 100 agents – in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission for 2009, according to Coldwell Banker President & CEO Jim Gillespie in making the announcement.
The company, with its corporate headquarters located in Kissimmee, sold a total of 1,400 units in 2010
