TL;DR - Scroll no further because your search is over! Go with Estate of Grace for your real estate needs; they will take care of you! As a first time home buyer, we were kind of just winging it all at the beginning with a different realtor. We had made an offer on a place, didn't feel supported in the whirlwind that takes place when placing an offer, and ultimately lost the house to another buyer. Needless to say, we were very disappointed and felt pretty discouraged as it just felt like we were completely on our own to navigate through a big, life changing purchase. It's incredibly important to find a great team that understands your needs and able to communicate effectively because in most cases, you’ll be working with them frequently until you get your dream home. - Enter Krys - Personable, patient, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and an added bonus of hilarious sense of humor. From the first time we met him, we immediately noticed a difference in the level of care, attention to detail, and just got an overall sense: "we're in good hands". He was incredibly easy to work with as he went to every single open house with us, listened/responded to our many questions/comments/concerns, and was always very communicative/prompt. He’s observant and has an emotional intelligence that makes him a natural at working with others, while also getting all of the information needed to get the job done. He made it his personal mission to make sure we found the right home for us and it certainly paid off! We're certain that he was the reason that we were able to close on a house that had 10 other offers on it - to say he went above and beyond would be an understatement! It’s been months since we closed on our home, but he continues to follow up with us and answer any questions we have. We really felt like we hit the jackpot in working with Krys and the A-team, and would recommend them to anyone!

We highly recommend using Krys and Nahed at Estate of Grace for any home buying/selling needs one might have. Selling our family home seemed like a daunting task; it was full of many years’ worth of memories, and we didn’t know where to begin with it. Luckily, our good friend and trusted realtor in San Francisco, Richard Parham, recommended that we contact Nahed and Krys Benyamein. Nahed clearly has great experience with real estate, and Krys is a master with social media. Between the two of them they are a powerhouse, and they complement each other perfectly. We relied on them for organizing what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale, and they went well above and beyond the “call of duty”. They were there for us whenever we had a question, and when I felt nervous about things, they both led with their experience and their patient and kind natures and they turned the experience of selling the house into not just a manageable task, but an exciting one. Through their guidance and hard work, including some pretty amazing videos of the house, one of which was a well done music video with lyrics about the house written and sung by our friend Richard, which Krys lip synced to in the video we had many offers for the house which were well above what we had hoped for. We accepted an offer within 5 days of first showing! We are very grateful to have met Krys and Nahed, and hope to keep in contact with them, because after this experience, they now feel like an extended family!
