Amber was such a pleasure to work with during my home selling and purchasing experience. She was able to address any concerns I may have had & made sure to go above and beyond with scheduling viewings, giving tips & talking me through everything, I felt no pressure with her. She, or the company hires a specific photographer for listings, which allows a great selling point to the viewers eye! It made the home I was selling appear bright & attractive-- usually when seeking homes to buy, photos can appear dull and dark, so she really impressed me! The company also offers a free to client moving truck, which saved us $100 the day we used it-- such a relief we didn't need to worry about expenses! After purchasing the new home, we saw she treated us to a congratulatory gift that was waiting for us to find on the counter...Her selling AND purchasing knowledge is without a doubt, hands down the best out there. A huge thank you to her & Coldwell!!

Unprofessional. Would not recommend! Made an appointment with them to look at a house and they never showed up to the appointment. Found out later they didn’t show up because the seller already accepted an offer. No respect for my time or even the courtesy of a phone call!

Where to begin? First of all, BUYING a home should not be more stressful than SELLING a home, which it was in this case. I'll spare the gory details, but it was not a good experience. I'm very disappointed in this whole experience. I felt I was taken advantage of and my agentsand broker did not have my best interest at heart as a buyer. My concerns were not honored. Unfortunately, little communication was formal and documented which is very bothersome, especially when I asked for it. I wasn't sure who or what I could trust in the process. Thank goodness I hired an attorney to be involved and things ended peacefully but I'm not convinced that CWB didn't know what was going on with one of their sellers, and that's as good as guilty in my book. This has likely happened to another unsuspecting seller. Do not recommend!!

If you are in the market for a home, You owe it to yourself to ask for Linda Sauer at Coldwell Banker. She was always there for us in the year+ that we were looking. She listened to our wants and needs and is very patient in her approach to finding our forever home. On many occasions she made herself available to show us properties. Once we found OUR home. She kept us always in the loop and made sure we knew what was going on thru out the final steps. The whole experience was amazing and really not at all stressful. I highly recommend asking for Linda so that you too might have a 1st class home buying experience!

A recent home buying experience has really colored Coldwell in a negative way to me. They supported someone trying to extort money from us, and did nothing to help. They were extremely shady, and didn’t have the integrity to provide an ounce of customer service to us. Have a lawyer on retainer if you want to do business with these people.

My fiancé and I are new in town and we were referred to Coldwell to help find a rental property for us. Mrs. Warkentine took us around to many different properties and even gave us a tour of the town. She was a big help and lovely to work with. We managed to find a rental property through Mrs. Bixby, another agent at Coldwell, who was also great. I would certainly recommend this agency.

Communication with our agent was not good. We had to constantly push to get answers or anything done. Once you sign a contract there is little you can do. I would recommend you do your homework there are a lot of good options out there. I would not recommend or use this company again.

Not only is Coldwell Banker a great experience, but they also give back to the community!
