We accidentally came upon a house we liked and on the off chance called the office in Ventnor City. Mark Parnell answered and actually offered to come out at a moments notice to let us see it. He was patient and knowledgeable about it and took the time to get back to us afterward, to ask if we had any questions. We went on to buy it and throughout the process he was with us every step of the way. I can’t say enough about his knowledge and professionalism and took his job to a personal level, answering our calls no matter the day or time! Mark has gone above and beyond on this journey with us and I can only say, if you’re looking for someone to work with you and for you when looking for something, then be smart and call this guy!
