The most unhelpful people I've ever dealt with. We have a perfect rental history, credit scores over 750, a combined income of >4 times the rent, yet they still would not allow us to rent a home without a co-signer. That wouldn't have even been that big of a deal, until they said the co-signer had to have at least $25,000 in his bank account at all times. Ridiculous. These people will never get my business. EDIT: Apparently they responded 7 years ago with some nonsense. I ended up finding a much better property, where I lived for years and always paid my rent on time. Sorry my 800 credit score wasn't good enough for you guys!
Toni Page was an extraordinary asset to our home buying experience. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to our needs. Her attention to detail allowed us to go from offer, counter, counter-counter, out of contract, back in contract, inspected, financed, and finally closed within a month. I don't think any other agent would have been able to pull of the tight timeline that the builder wanted while making sure we were fully aware of every step of the process.
Colleen James consistently provided us with excellent assistance during the listing and selling process, as well as helping us through a tough purchase environment. She is professional, well spoken, and was always available to answer questions and concerns. It felt good knowing we were represented by someone so competent, having immense confidence in her abilities to negotiate on our behalf. I would recommend Colleen to anyone.
Jim is always quick to respond and will go the extra mile for all of his clients. I felt like I was never lost with regards to the process or the decisions being made as I had his support every step of the way. His patience and calmness bring a much-needed "cool" to the tension of house-hunting!
Wendall was extremely helpful and very patient with us as we worked our way through what home to buy. He worked with us on our schedule not his. He assisted us in many ways, with home inspection, securing a home loan, moving us quickly to closing. Will definitely use him again if we ever decide to sell this home.
Greg is a phenomenal Broker whose perfect advice was key to getting us top dollar for our home. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to friends and colleagues. I can't say enough of how Greg made the selling of our home virtually stress-free.
I just ended a rental lease with this company, and there were numerous incidents that demonstrated how poorly managed the company is. From not getting 24 hour notice of entry, to getting a rude call from my property manager telling me my rental check bounced when it had not she meant to call a different client. The worst was the process of getting my deposit back. They took out a carpet cleaning charge even though I paid for it it was in my lease to do so. They've sent additional checks but they have not gotten it right. I moved out over 2 months ago. I have rented for over 10 years, and I have never experienced this level of mismanagement.
I worked with Craig Paulson on selling my house and buying my new one. He was very thorough and patient. We sold our house quickly and got the home we love. Wouldn't use anyone but him in the future.
