With over twenty‐five years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Mr.
Burnett has been involved in sales, leasing and development of over 3.5 million
square feet of commercial space.
Prior to 1994, Harry was a Senior Associate with CB Richard Ellis in Tyson's
Corner Virginia. Multiple transactions include the sale of a 40 million dollar
asset. Major clients include Ohio State Teachers Retirement Systems and
Prudential Real Estate. Mr. Burnett served on the Fairfax County Chamber of
Commerce Transportation Committee along with other civic boards in Virginia,
Washington D.C. and Alabama.
Mr. Burnett formed Capital Marketing, LLC in 1994 in Huntsville, Alabama; a
company specializing in commercial real estate development and finance.
Represented a broad base of clients including restaurants, medical, mental
health, manufacturing, technology and government subcontracting.
Under Alabama Governor, Fob James, Harry Burnett held a cabinet position as
Executive Assistant and Liaison for industrial Development. He was responsible
for industrial and business development for the State of Alabama.
Mr. Burnett rejoined CB Richard Ellis in 2001 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In 2006, he
was recruited to Coldwell Banker Commercial.
