Valerie was amazing! She kept us informed, listened very well and was always available. After a few houses and touring around for a little while she understood what we were looking for, our likes and dislikes, and our style. She did things at our pace and never pushed anything on us. In a crazy market where houses go after a day or going over asking with cash offers, she was able to get us a gorgeous house in a great neighborhood with the size yard we were wanting! Still not sure how she did it. Kara Self is a joy to work with! It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. It is evident that she genuinely cares about the community and neighborhood that she lives in. Kara had no trouble finding us a new home that was a perfect fit for our family. She understood our needs and pointed out things we hadn't thought of ourselves, which was key. Kara thought of every detail, answered every question, and had a wealth of resources at her fingertips. If you are looking for an agent who is an absolute professional, with a personal touch, Kara is your agent. Highly recommend!
I have not had a good experience with this firm or one of it's agents, Chuck Simmons. We bought a property and Chuck gave the impression that the property had a working sprinkler system. Our real estate agent called him last September asking how we could turn the irrigation system on and he said to wait until Spring 2023 so the city wouldn't charge us to turn it on in the Fall and again in the Spring. I found out after closing that there is no irrigation back flow preventer or working control box to turn on the sprinkler system and that the system had never been turned on by the seller in over 7 years. Chuck failed to disclose this information and should be held responsible for paying to get the sprinkler system up and running. Chuck also listed the property as having hard wood floors. Several months after we closed we found out the floors are laminate. His listing also stated that there was a wood burning fireplace there is not and that the back yard in fenced one side was fenced proving multiple inaccuracies and carelessness. We want to make sure whoever supervises Chuck knows he is not doing his due diligence and is giving false information, if a broker knowingly provides false information for the purposes of making a sale, then this can be considered an act of fraud.
I am not exaggerating when I say that Amber Nye made our dreams come true. We are a young couple with a two-year-old, and the idea of moving to NWA seemed impossible with such a competitive housing market. Amber jumped through hoops and got us into the perfect home. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could. We are so thankful that we had the chance to have Amber as our realtor!
NuRi was exceptionally helpful! We honestly couldnt have found a better person to work with. My Mom and I were looking for a house to rent and had a deadline for when we needed to find a place due to work. We were both relocating to NWA and could only be in person on occasion. NuRi listened to our needs and helped provide options that were available. She worked with our schedules to set up in person showings when we were in town and virtual for when we weren't. Houses move fast and were frequently leased right after coming available. She worked with us quickly as new options came up so that we could get in applications and showings before the houses were gone. She was great about keeping us updated and answering questions timely as they arose. With her help we found a house that were very excited about. Trying to organize a house hunt when you're not in the location you're moving to is so stressful, but NuRi helped make the process so much smoother! When it comes time to buy we know that we want to work with her again.
Lou Ann Davis was a great help for our move to AR. She was always available to answer our questions and assist with any needs. We were out of state so she visited the house in the building process weekly and sent us updates and photos. She really cares about her clients.
I am still in the process of finding the right first home for my small family, and our agent Nicole Chervenyak knew of her as a family friend before this has been absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable, super busy but somehow always makes time for showings and to communicate when we have questions/ideas. As someone with effectively no working knowledge of real estate, the numbers she's been able to crunch and info she's been able to provide have been totally invaluable. NOT something I could have Google-fu'd my way through! I'm planning on updating the review once we close on a home, but 2 weeks into the search I can confidently say that Nicole was the right choice for us! Edit March2019: Wow! It's been a year! I don't even remember writing this but Google wanted to remind me that I've reviewed a few things on here. Anyway - we ended up finding a home, it's perfect in every way and we're very happy 1 year in. Yay! Bye!
