Over the last nine years, we have bought and sold four condominium units in Ocean City, New Jersey. In each transaction, we used the same agent because of his honesty and professionalism. Our current experience of buying and selling in Bucks County is extraordinary because of the aesthetic visions and design creativity of Deborah Summer. Deborah enhanced the high quality of our home’s interior and exterior by using drone photography to reveal its proximity to a Lower Makefield Township park, the Delaware Canal and River, and picturesque landscape of Yardley Borough. This artistic expression of the house's connection to environmental beauty and pleasant neighborhoods exceeded the requirement to market the property. She truly earned her commission on this transaction!
This is the third time someone in our family has relied on Carol Mayhew’s realty services through Coldwell Banker Hearthside Realtors and that should tell you something about why we keep coming back! My most recent experience with Carol was as an out-of-town seller, settling my parents’ estate. I was able to rely heavily on her knowledge of local vendors needed to ready the property for sale. She had great recommendations that didn’t break the bank as I took necessary steps to prepare the property. I was so impressed with how available Carol made herself throughout the process - FaceTiming for direct observation of the property and phone calls at times that were far more convenient to me than to her. We all have our dream home through different stages of our lives. After owing a home for over 20 years, it started to own me. So, I sold and downsized to renting. That turned to 7+ years later and decided I wanted a newly produced mobile modular on private land where there was 20 units +/-. By luck, I found this culde de sac where the mobile modulars are well kept. There were 2 brand new units of which I fell in love with 1 of them So, as I was 5 minutes away from saying I wanted this unit, I was 5 minutes too late. That was October 2020. There was 1 unit that was going to come up right next door to this one. That turned into over 2 1/2 years in the making. I checked up on this spot every month while make friendships with a couple of the neighbors. Finally, ground was leveled 4/2023 and a new Eagle River unit was placed. So, here I am today 5/2023, knowing I wasn't wasting 1 minute making this decision. Yes!!! LET'S DO THIS! Today, I'm the proud new owner of a home I plan to never move from! Easy upkeep, private, beautiful neighbors and a wonderfulland Manager. What more can I ask for! I waited for this one spot and so glad I stayed calm, positive and patient. All of this is a big THANK YOU to Ellen Cassidy of CB Hearthside! She never missed a beat and always kept me in "the know" for other units that popped up throughout the Bensalem area for over 2 1/2 years until my dream came to fruition. She is knowledgeable and up to date and was dedicated to my mission and vision. A true and beautiful soul! Having her in my corner has been a wonderful experience.
