My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Codwell Banker HPW and specifically our agent, Whitney Sneed! We were welcomed to ask questions, learn the process of home buying and we felt we had a knowledgeable team around us to make the most informed decisions. We were able to find a house and successfully close with so much support from Whitney. She went above and beyond for us and advocatated for us like we were her family! Her thoughtfullness and work ethic alone was enough to impress us, but the Churton St office in general was very profesional and kind throughout our time with them. We highly recommend this office as a great place to start your journey!

We had this real estate company find us a beautiful home in the country, if anyone is looking for a home in central or western NC look up Noah Chase, he’s out of Hillsborough, NC branch! Noah, went above and beyond to find us the right home, he knows what to look for in quality and I would recommend him and his office to anyone! Also, if you get him and you need work done I told him we had 2 great contractors for work inside and outside, Jordan and Dakota!
This is the best office! I love working here. We have the best Broker In Charge, Kailey Norman. She is very sharp and knows the Real Estate business inside and out. She is very accessable and makes sure that my questions and concerns are addressed thoroughly. The agents that work here are very friendly and will go out of their way to help a new agent out. Extremely poor experience with this firm. Lack of communication, and feeling like I am not important truly feels frustrating in my first time home buying experience. To be clear the selling, and buying agent are located here. The selling agent.... Terry Poteat is probably the worst communicator I have ever encountered. My agent... Kyle Miles in my opinion did the best he could with what he had. The entire process has been painful. I am out a lot of money now, and CAN NOT seem to get answers!
