Chased down all the problems with my flaky buyer and lousy HOA fast, the paperwork was spot on and this is a conveniently located and roomy building with plenty of parking. Nothing shady and only the best professionals, you will be well taken care of!
I would highly recommend Vanessa Bivens as a realtor with Coldwell, I worked with her twice in the last few years to buy and sell in Colorado Springs and she was invaluable each time. When I recently sold in September 2017, she had my property under contract within hours of it hitting the market at an amount higher than it was listed at, can't do much better than that and closing was a cinch. I will definitely be using her and her team again if I am ever back in Colorado.
Alphie Hutmacher @ Coldwell banker has helped us with 3 property exchanges now, and we could not have asked for a better relator. Our first relator, when arriving in the Springs nearly ten years ago, clearly had no idea what she was doing. We asked our Bank USAA for help finding a local relator and they found Alphie. They struck gold; even other relators we met at open houses showed a remarkable respect for one Alphie Hutmacher. One fellow even recounted a story of dear 60+ years Alphie shoveling snow for a few hours to ensure a client got the showing they wanted. She’s even helping with us with our effort to provide a landing pad for the flight for life helicopter; as it also involves a land exchange. Alphie is highly knowledgeable about the local housing market, practices, processes and trends; and she has never left us feeling uninformed. She has worked diligently for us, and showed us fifty something homes before our first purchase, her patience had no limits when finding us the home we wanted.
