Paulo Benedeti, Caldwell Banker. Morganton, NC, is the BEST realtor I have EVER worked with!!! We met him for the first time on Wednesday, he requested a walk thru from the other realtor for us, and let us know where to go for our VA financing. Thursday we looked at the house and put in a bid to the seller. Friday the seller accepted our bid and we signed a purchase agreement. Our closing is just a few weeks away. Had it not been for Paulo's aggressiveness, professionalism and sense of urgency on our part we were to only be in the area a week, this never would have happened. Tim Newton is awesome! We listed the house on Friday and were under contract Wednesday. He kept me informed throughout the selling process. Lisa was just as amazing. He has a knowledgeable team! Would definitely recommend.

Tim came highly recommended. We needed help selling our home in Morganton. He came to the house and was very polite. He told me what he would put the house on the market for. The price he told me was actually higher than I expected. We had, within the last couple of years, refinanced our home. I wasn't expecting a lot of profit if any. I hardly heard from Tim the first several months. His office would call me to set up a showing. I never heard back one way or the other from the showings. Around the end of the 4th month we spoke. At this time he wanted us to resign our contract with him. My husband and I had decided we was not happy with his services. Tim told us that we needed to think about lowering the price of our house, even though the price it was at was the price he told us to sale it at. We got an offer on the house. To make a long and unpleasant experience short, we finally went to closing. The day of closing, Tim not only did not show up which was ok, most of my closing had already been competed but he never even called me. I never got a thank you letter, it was nice doing business with you, I hope to never see you again. I was not happy with his services at all. I felt like most of the time we were inconveniencing him and not important enough for him to acknowledge us during or after the selling of our house. His staff was always nice to me though. Tim did call me after reading this review. He told me that he was sorry he did not see me at closing but that he did come. He also apologized for not contacting me after closing. He explained that something was sent out in the mail but it must have gotten lost.

Wouldn’t recommend using Mr Tim Newton as a buyers agent if he is also a Sellers agent for the same property. He was inattentive and unresponsive for long periods of time. Assumed instead of confirming information. I know I will not use this agencies services again. Please be aware and do your own homework and not to depend on Mr Newton.

I highly recommend Miranda Boseman. She helped us find our first home. She is very professional and great at what she does. She worked tirelessly to find the home that was right for us.

Do not rent from this people! They will lie on you if you try to move somewhere else. The apartment I was at always had problems. They never came out to fix anything.
