Just purchased another home using Moe Sleiman as my agent. The search was exhausting to find the perfect home for my family. When I was close to giving up Moe found the perfect home for us and negotiated the deal extremely well. My entire family has used him and Sarazen Realty to purchase both residential and commercial properties. He knows his real estate and makes the process extremely easy and works very hard for his clients. I would highly recommend him and his team at Sarezen Realty for any of your residential needs.
I called to make an appointment to see a house and the agent is Georgia. She said if you don’t have an agent, then you must sign a contract with me as your sole agent. This is not legal. The owner should know who is he/she dealing with as an agent. I called the manager to report her but unfortunately the manager said this is how we operate. I understand you need a peace of identification from a person to show the house but pushing a person to sign a contract and making it a condition for showing is not ethical when just is to see the house only. The other option was given was to wait for open house!! _______ This is my response to your reply: I did not ask you to provide me any service that require me to sign a contract/document with you. You already have the contract with the owner to provide a service and to sell the house. The reason you want me to sign to ensure that you receive the full commission.
It was a great pleasure working with Juan Wang. She never left any questions unanswered and always responded to me and my clients' questions promptly. She was very professional, and friendly to work with, always went above and beyond for assisting. I definitely looking forward to working with her on other deals together!
