I have been working with Nancy McSpadden at Coldwell Banker over the past few weeks and have been very impressed with her wealth of knowledge regarding the real estate market in Plymouth as well as her availability and reliability. She was able to navigate me through both the rental and home purchasing markets in Plymouth MA, despite the fact that I am out of state. A few weeks ago I got lost on my way to the Plymouth Registry. I ended up at Caldwell Banker's office in Plymouth. Debbie Paul, Realtor, was very helpful. After talking to her, I'll be in contact with her looking at short term rentals. I'll always appreciate her helping means look forward to her help in the future for short term rentals in the Plymouth area.

There's a wonderful property sitting above the ocean that I'm interested in. It's in Plymouth, Massachusetts, overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Lucky me, it's for sale! So, I contact the listing agent who works out of this Plymouth office, a one Lynne Morey. I call, I write, "I'm looking to buy a second home, and you're the listing agent..." Again, I call her, again, no response. Now I'm on this page. I'm here to write a review noting how this listing agent does not respond to inquiries. How does such a Broker attract customers? How does she make sales? Her Zillow profile has 'zero sales' recorded Not hard to wonder why, 'Zero', 'zip', 'nada', 'nothing'! Asked, "How do you rate the service?" I responded, "Refer to her sales numbers". Will I be correct to assume that no one person in this organization reads reviews that are left concerning their company and their agents. Have they never heard of Google Reviews and Yelp? Do they NOT know what an alert is? What century are we in?
