New machines & clean establishment. The female staff was attentive & helpful.
Terrible terrible service used to be a very good place to go Denise had this place in the best shape will never go here again since she left place has gone down hill
I was staying at a friends place for a couple of days and wanted to have their bedding washed so they wouldn't have to wash it after I left. $15 total for a blanket, one sheet and a pillow. $7 for the pillow. When I picked it up, woman told me she couldn't get the pillow to dry & it was as dry as she could get it. Then I realized that she closed the plastic bag with the wet pillow on top of all of the other items! When I opened the bag, the whole bag smelled musty!! now I have to bring it home and re-wash what I can all over again!! I’m leaving tomorrow so I can’t leave it for them to rewash never mind I don’t trust them to do it anyways! Not only would they not give me any money back, but she called the owner who asked to speak with me and he just started telling me he would not give my money back and that the lady said the stuff smelled to begin with!! It certainly didn't smell to begin with, but even if it did, it’s their job to clean it!! Terrible business! I was nothing but nice to them but the owner just didn’t want to give any kind of refund and was extremely ignorant and rude.
This place used to be good the last few times I have come it has been problems with the dryer. Today was the last straw!! I put in 3 quarters and watched it spin when I opened the clothes were wet the dryer was cold..I asked for my 3 quarters back she replied I will let the owner no..are you kidding me..!!UNBELIEVABLE!!
Not a bad spot. Good friendly service. Limited large washers though. But it's only 1.00 a lb to have it done folded and bagged up for you. Don't forget to tip the ladies here, they don't forget a face !
A lot of stuff left in the Machines! I went over the weekend it was ridiculously hot in there! They never have the air conditioner on, I was told it does not work properly. Feel bad for the workers...I was in there just to do my laundry can't imagine spending the day there working in that environment.
Okay thank you for coming to Cole Farms laundromat this is a place of my work we are the cheapest place in town and we serve coffee in the morning and are cheapest machine is 525 that's a 40 pounder and we have a 30 pounder that is 425 and then we have our regular standard ones off 20 lb and they hole proximately so the clothes can get through is probably 18 and 1/2 pounds I am so glad I got this survey because I Emma Walker of coal Farm laundromat and I'm going to give you a good reference because I love my place thank you
Clean, friendly staff, helpful-- The woman Ray, has actually made me not hate going to the laundromat, We laugh the whole time I'm there
Change in associates has made a huge difference. Always pleasant and laundry done as I ask.
I like doing my laundry mat at Kohl's my laundry it's a good place to go do your laundry the girls are friendly they help you out a lot I want to thank them for their time
