Erika Bachy was absolutely amazing! She listened to what we were looking for, sent suggestions, and was so helpful and patient when we looked at houses all throughout Cheyenne. Once we found a house to buy, Erika was an absolute rockstar. She fought for what was best for us, stayed on top of the other agent, and was in constant communication. She earned our trust so much that we actually went to her for her opinion on things happening on the sale of our house in another state. Erika truly became a friend and honestly I wish we could buy and sell houses all the time so we can keep working with her. We have been telling all our friends and family interested in moving to Cheyenne that we have the perfect realtor when they’re ready! You won’t find anyone better than Erika!
It certainly seems to be the largest real estate company in Cheyenne at this time. Although it is a big name and normally one I would trust, it seems the realtors they have around here are quite the con artists. I have heard some real horror stories from other people in town, but I won't list those because that was not my experience. It seems that this company is buying up plots of land themselves, breaking it down into smaller parcels, and selling it off at outrageous prices. They list these for sale through their realtors and are charging buyer agent fees on top of already making a crazy high profit off of the properties. I am actually horrified that they are doing this. They are the problem with the real estate market in this country and certainly the problem in Cheyenne. Especially since Cheyenne already experiences enough financial turmoil, these people should be ashamed of themselves. They are the reason you cannot get decent sized parcels in Laramie County anymore. They are also the reason our real estate market keeps skyrocketing in price for no good reason. I can't even say regular folks selling their property and taking advantage of the market to get a good return are the ones benefiting from this. It is the big real estate companies in town.
