My husband was showing me around the gymnasium I will go back. Place was clean which is a plus for me the only thing trash can was over flowing in some area Also it was hand sanitizer in most area .
Nice gym, has everything you need. Doesn't get too crowded. Staff is nice & friendly. It is the only 24/7 gym on post. But you have to register your ID first.
Nice gym. But not sure how to gain 24hr access.
I enjoy going to Coleman's. I try going when their aren't a lot of people which gives me unlimited time on the machines. The staff is friendly, engaged the place is clean. I feel very safe even though it's mostly men while there. I am allowed to take one guest with any form of identification, which is awesome. EStack
Everything you need is here, just feels kinda gross and unclean. There is a sauna!
Always a Go-To when I want to get active and play some hoops.
I prefer this facility over Perez. I thought it was a little gym at first, but, there are "hidden" rooms. Upstairs there's a heavy bag and speed bag, which made me jump for joy. But, it's definitely time for a new heavy bag. Good array of cardio equipment, the restrooms are ALWAYS clean and the weight room, though small, is well equipped and neat. The staff is SUPER friendly. Love that it's open 24 hours also.
Great safe atmosphere to workout, the only complaint I have is the time limit. The 5 days I go out of the week, there are barely 5-7 people in there and we still only get an hour. Other than that it's peaceful
The only 24 hours gym in Ft Jackson. Not very comprehensive, but it does the job. It has a basketball court, weight room, cardio room.
Equipment old and mostly broken it's clean but it's like working out in an old basement with thrown away equipment. If it wasn't free and the only gym on Ft Jackson open 24/7 I wouldn't go. You would think for soldiers that main job is "FITNESS" they would have the BEST EQUIPMENT.
