I was very disappointed today when I showed up with my daughter for a consultation to be informed by the receptionist that they would need to cancel the appointment because the doctor was out. I was told she attempted to contact me, but couldn't get through. After questioning this lady, she admitted that she never wrote down my information when the appointment was made so she couldn't call me and let me know of the change. My daughter and I both missed a half day of work and drove 45 minutes for the appointment. This is a very poor business practice to not write down a phone number. This left me with a very poor impression of the office and I will find a different oral surgeon because of this. I sincerely wish I could have met the doctor to leave a glowing review on his abilities.
I've been going to Dr. Coles ever since I was around 13 and I wont go to any other oral surgeon when necessary. He's great, the staff is great and they've had a lot of the same staff for many years. Cannot say enough great things about them
