I hate how Farm Bureau Insurance charge you $11-$12 fee to make a Life Ins. Payment with your card over the phone but charge you nothing to make a Car Ins. Payment with your card over the phone. THATS NOT FAIR OR RIGHT!!! WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR IF I COULD!

Called  for an insurance quote for my vehicle the agent I spoke with said she get my quote together and email it to me never heard from her again.

Needed a copy of my uncles insurance... Called there and by the time I got there the copy was there waiting for me thank you so much

Colleen Dyer does a great job if you need insurance we recommend her and Farm Bureau Insurance
