The staff were very friendly and super helpful. They made my visit as smooth and easy of an experience as possible. The exam was thorough and I left feeling relieved about my teeth after not having been to the dentist in some time. Highly recommend this location!

All of the staff were great during my visit, but the most outstanding part of my visit was my time with the hygenist. She provided the most thorough explanation of what was going on in my mouth that I have ever received. I feel like I can take much better care of my teeth after the education she provided. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

There are a lot of dental clinics in Downtown Toronto, let alone the city of Toronto etc. And yet, the staff here act as if they are the only location around however based on the entitlement I had experienced over my decade of attending. I advised the clinic after my latest and final experience being as bad as it was and no one had gotten in touch with me for over 6 months even though someone was supposed too. So now that it has been 6 months, and a new clinic has opened near by - I am prepared to share my review. Throughout my time going - I never had a truly completely comfortable experience at this clinic. It always felt transactional at every moment and when I had asked if I could use another location in the franchise closer to me as I was curious, I was advised although I could, I shouldn't. Which I thought was strange and unnerving. I originally wrote a longer review but deleted it for this: All in all - you'll have a passing experience at this clinic but there are a LOT of clinics in the city and you should shop around instead of putting up with consistent unpleasant experiences like I did over the time I attended. My new clinic has an incredible patient experience and I do not regret never attending this particular clinic ever again. My final words are - I should never be afraid of going to get a cleaning and unfortunately that was my experience here because of how how transactional and service over patient focused this clinic is in my experience and personal opinion.

Welcoming staff and very patient doctors. I went there with my child who is 6 yr old for cleaning and flouride, and the doctor and hygienist gave us the best treatment. They also took healthy smiles insurance, which was extremely helpful.

This is by far the best place to get your dental care done! Staff is always nice and professional, location is accessible and there’s parking on site. Big thanks to all the team for always taking good care of us!

My son is very afraid of anesthesia injections, but given the injection was so painless that he didn't even feel it when it happened. Very attentive, friendly doctor and the clinic in general!

Overall, very smooth experience. I got a few reminders as the date of my appointment approached. I was admitted on time and every member of the staff that I dealt with was very professional, cordial and friendly.

I had chipped a tooth and was so grateful for the quick and professional service I received. Tooth looks as good as new!
