College Station Sports Stores

I visited this store today and was immediately excited because I was looking for Florida State Memorabilia and this store had it. There were two clerks behind the counter middle aged a man and woman. The woman was assisting a customer check out. I looked around the front of the store and picked up a FL State Mug and as the customer was leaving she showed me a FL State Nutcracker item that was in the store which was pretty cool. As she leaves I am still looking around trying to find the rest of the FL state items and the two clerks begin to have a conversation and not once did they greet me, ask if I needed help, state they would be right with me or even acknowledge that I was in the store. Mind you I was the only customer in the store. So after about 3-5 mins I left. I would not spend my money in any store where the employees don't feel it is important to acknowledge their customers. We are the reason their business thrives. Customer Service used to be so important, not so anymore. If they were young teenagers I may have given them a pass but these were two grown adults. I won't be back.

These stores are independent of each other. I bought mdse from two stores because neither one had the inventory I needed 5 emblems. Then I tried to return two emblems because our pallet project changed and THEY DON'T DO RETURNS even though one of the stores told me they do. You can only get store credit. There is nothing posted in the store about this policy. Nothing is said at time of sale. Nothing on the receipt. SO, be warned

You have a great selection of sports memorabilia. If you looking for your favorite team and can't find it anywhere else this might be the place for you. The items are way overpriced. I came here with the expectation that I would get a better deal as opposed to shopping at the local mall. If the prices were great I will give this place at least four stars.

I called and because the person was busy they hung up on me in the middle of a sentence!!! I understand being busy but you tell the customer something instead of hanging up on them. Also when they call back let the customer know your busy and offer to call them back if that's okay. I was considering going to shop there but if that's how they treat customer s not sure that's where I am spending my money
