I decided to move myself in for my second year at CU and hired movers to help me get things out of storage and put my furniture together. The day they were supposed to help me move in, they arrived late and thought it was a move out and then cancelled for the day. The next morning they were late again, didn’t get there til 3:30pm and didn’t even put my furniture together like I asked. The manager proceeded to call me at work multiple times after I asked him to contact my roommate for any issues, and when I answered his call it was easily something my roommate could’ve answered. Tremendously unorganized business with horrible communication between the warehouse, the employees, and the managers.

They forgot two of our bed frames and then when they found them, they returned them without the screws for the bed frame. Paying $700 per student for them to lose screws to a bed frame? Now i’m wasting more of my money buying the screws they lost. Waste of time and money.

I can’t thank CSS and Dan specifically. They were so organized , kind, and hardworking. Our move and storage was from Texas. They handled it perfectly and communicated with great ease. Thank you so much CSS ! All of you did a fab job!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. We scheduled and paid for them to move our furniture into our new house and not only did they cancel, but cancelled the morning they were supposed to be there. As an alternative they made us drive to the storage location and move our own stuff in our personal vehicles. We are three girls who can’t possibly lift heavy furniture and also do not own cars big enough for that. While we were unpacking our storage pod, several employees simply watched us unpack and struggle to lift heavy items instead of helping. We were told that the reason we were cancelled on is because the company scheduled too many deliveries and that their employees didn’t feel like working that day, which somehow became our problem. A nightmare of a company wouldn’t recommend at all. Also have yet to be offered a refund:
