Greg and Ashley provided excellent service with our recent roof damage.  Everything from suggesting a roofer to explaining how the claim process works to finalizing the claim!  Could not be happier with the service we received.

We have used Greg Collier and Farmer's Insurance for more than 10 years. Unfortunately, we've had several claims on both homeowner's and cars multiple. Where you will find out how awesome your insurance is happens during the claims process. Greg has a very caring staff, the claims team is very responsive, and they actual pay out their claims very quickly. When someone else hit us, Greg's team checked on us to ensure the other insurance was doing what they said they would do.  I didn't grow up knowing a lot about how insurance works, so I'm grateful to be an educated consumer because of the patient explanations of Greg and his team. Ask questions, make sure you understand your coverage, and listen to wise counsel from Greg Collier.

We have used Greg and his team as our insurance provider for several years and they have been great. We recently had a claim and I must say it was like all the insurance companies advertise on their television commercials. You know, like they're out there writing you a check while the firemen are rolling up the hoses. I am happy to report that our claim was handled quickly, professionally, and much to our satisfaction. Greg was professional from start to finish.  His office staff is very helpful as well.  We explored a number of insurance options and he is very knowledgeable about insurance products and discount options.  I just signed up with Farmers Insurance and am looking forward to great service and a good price.

All of the employees were most courteous, helpful, and attentive.  They made me feel as if they genuinely cared about my problem and did everything they could to alleviate it, even to the point of calling me to ask how things were going.  I would strongly recommend the Greg Collier Agency to anyone for his/her insurance needs.  Ashley and Raechel were splendid contact people.

We have had Farmers Insurance since 2007 and are truly pleased with the rates and customer service we have received from Greg Collier and his staff. They are truly courteous and friendly and are always willing to check into and respond to any questions we have had. We recently moved to Cabot and decided to stay with Greg as our agent since we have had such great dealings with him and his staff.
