Mr. Collins was very professional during my custody evaluation. As a father I was pleased with his recommendation for shared parenting. Others I have talked state he did excellent and fair evaluations for them. A family advocate!
I scored in the top two percentage of what was supposed to tell how well of a father I am. He said and agreed that the evaluation wasn’t correct and I cheated on it. No way possible to cheat on it because it’s a personal questionnaire on how you parent. He recommended the bare minimum for my parenting time with my children. I’m a stand up guy and love my children to the moon and back and teach them how to be good people. I believe he was influenced by other sources and his credibility is at a negative in my opinion. Don’t use this guy if you want a fair shake. He doesn’t deserve one star even. 5000.00 wasted on a fake dude. Dads ; find someone else in rapid city to do your evaluation if ya want it fair.
The most one sided unfair sorry excuse of a custody evaluator ever. Hes out dated and wouldn't know a good father or fair ruling if it fell in his lap. Absolutely lied on the stand in front of the judge.
