Norman Rouse has lived in the Joplin area all of his life. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History from Missouri Southern State University in 1975, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri –Kansas City in 1978. He became a member of the Missouri Bar in 1978.
In addition to being a partner here at Collins Webster and Rouse, Norman is an assistant
prosecuting attorney for Jasper County, as well as a Trustee for the United States Trustee’s office for the Western District of Missouri, Region 13. He is a member of the Carthage Rotary Club and the Carthage Chamber of Commerce.
On a personal note, Norman loves hunting, fishing, boating and horseback riding.
