I went a week ago to have my teeth cleaned and full mouth x-rays . Deanna was very pleasant as well as Kayla. Trish did an excellent cleaning and was informative and had a calming demeanor. Dr. Stanko came in and went over my x-rays and my options on a couple teeth. Very thorough and informative on my options and was pleasant. I have had dental work done here many times in the past and I have had no issues as I have elsewhere. I find the office nice and clean.
I brought my 3 kids there yesterday, my 2 years old twin and 12 years old son. It was a Extremely warm welcome from the Offiice Manager Deana, she was very nice and friendly and my kids felt loved by her. Overall everyone else was awesome very great service. I am stuck with this place for my kids. I highly recommend families to this dental location Rocky hill Columbia. Keep up the hard work workers. Peace
Today was my 1st time at Rockyhill Columbia Dental and honestly I was so impressed. The office staff are so sweet, professional and polite! It truly was such a pleasant visit to the dentist...both receptionist were so kind, Deana was sooo nice, funny and had such a great positive energy to her!!! I really did leave smilling and laughing. Dr. Stanko was also amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I had to make a review because I've had a lot of bad experiences with previous dentist, so when I experience good service I always acknowledge it!
Dr. Stanko & His Staff, Deana & Kayla Are Super Professional. They Go Above & Beyond To Make You Feel Comfortable & Are Just Overall Good People To Interact With. Never Once Had A Bad Experience Coming To This Location. Great Dental Work As Well. Thanks Guy
Got a filling done last week and I'm starting to feel like I have some type of nerve damage.. when I called to complain about it I was told that what I was experiencing wasn't true... my pain was downplayed .. there is no reason why I can't open my mouth and im having pain at the injection site of where the novacane was injected... this place seemed very sketchy when I walked in... when I walked out I felt strange 9 hours later my face was still numb ... I was told it was my body reacting to the novacaine because everyone is different. In all the years I've gotten fillings done, wisdom teeth removed.... I've never experienced anything like this in my life.. I am traumatized and in pain.. I will never go back to this location. These dentists and the people who work here are very strange. They don't even have the correct dental equipment .. they literally held my mouth open with their fingers and a plastic tool... at a REAL dentist they put on one of those mouth guard things that keep your mouth open for you... I'm so disappointed for going here because now I could possibly have pain for the rest of my life.
Do not go here EVER. they took 5 of my teeth that didn't need to be removed. Told me I needed a bone graph and charged me $3000. Refused to help me with a partial unless I paid 10g. I HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE. I WENT TO A DIFFERENT DENTIST AND HE I DIDN'T NEED ANY OF THIS. I needed 1 tooth removed. They run a scan. Charging you out of pocket, or forcing you to use their credit card. When i argued and said I have central insurance they said you people want everything for free. I didn't need the painful bone graph. I went to a local dentist who said my INSURANCE COVERS EVERYTHING. HE GETS 3 PEOPLE A DAY FROM COLUMBIA complaining about the scams they run and the money the force it out your pocket. NEVER NEVER GO HERE. I called on a Friday for a small ache in my tooth they said we'll see you Sunday. I thought wow that's great. No they saw me Sunday so they could charge me emergency fees out of pocket that you guessed it insurance doesn't pay. I said I don't have this 1000 dollars endgame fees I'll come back. She said we don't have any other appointments for a month. You can go Monday to UCONN and stand in line all day to maybe be seen or you can use the credit card we have you to charge your appointment. Avoid them at all cost.
This has got to be the worst dentist office I've ever gone to. And I wasn't even the patient. Took my gran here, and they don't put no bibs on to protect your clothes. It doesn't look sanitary. The inside looks like an abandoned dentist office from a horror movie. The dentist doesn't even introduce herself, she just starts doing stuff. Dr. Zheng has no bedside manner at all. I don't even think she thinks about what she says before she says it. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
never ever go here. They scam you. They will not charge your insurance and FORCE YOU TO PAY out of pocket. They are so unprofessional it is a nightmare. I literally Have Dental insurance and they would cover NECESSARY work. But they try to force you to PAY FOR EVERYTHING OUT OF POCKET. then insult you. I had two different dentist in the room who both recommended different things. I needed a route canal and now are into them for over 10k. Saw a different dentist and he said I didn't need any of that work they told me columbia That day had my My x-rays and I would have to pay X-ray fees out of pocket if I saw a different dentist. They can send the x-rays to another dentist. About them at all cost. They Won't want to run it by Your insurance because insurance will only pay for necessary work. Run go somewhere else!
Run, this is by far the absolute worst management of a dental office I have ever seen. I have a client that they scheduled 4 different appointments rescheduled each appointment telling us crazy things like the dentist went away and never came back from vacation. they were overbooked. If your over booked then you should stop taking new patients. My client now has a swollen face and an extremely bad toothache due to the negligence of this office. And they are telling me that they cannot fit him in. A bunch of clowns are running this outfit and they do not have any regard whatsoever for their patients Completely unethical office.
What a waste of time and space! Entering the facility off the bat was uncomfortable. Unprofessionalism to the max.Then to make things worse the dentist looked once in my mouth and called it an exam and no work done, not even an offered clean. I got charged $40 for nothing. It's been a week and have yet to hear back with a quote or if my insurance covers anything. Be honest if you didnt want to help or do your job, you could have saved me my time and money. Let alone the uncomfortable experience. If could put zero stars I would. I will never come back here again!!!!!!
