Taylor at the front desk and Dr. Martin are amazing! I can’t even explain how happy I am! I was seriously worried about my boy and he made me feel so much better, they called multiple times to check on my boy and he was genuinely sincere and really cared about me and my boy! I can’t thank you enough Dr. Martin! I will send everyone to you!!! You made this experience so much easier on me!!!!! We love you!!!!!
I am a long-standing customer of Colonial animal hospital and I am a huge fan. My veterinarian is as important as my primary care doctor and I feel blessed to have found Dr Rob Martin and his entire staff. I have received great care for my many pets and even when I had very sick animals the Dr and staff were empathetic and treated me and my pet like family. I have referred many of my friends and neighbors to Colonial Animal & they too are all very happy to have piece of mind with the care of their fur babies!
Dr Martin and his staff including Laurie and Madison have gone beyond to ensure the well being of our senior dachshund Rio Moon. They know their stuff! Dr Martin takes a in-depth approach at evaluating your pets condition and does it so compassionately. I’ve had many senior rescue dogs and many vets never have I been treated and educated about my baby’s condition as I have with Colonial. I trust them completely and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks a million.
Great experience! Our cat had an eye injury and we were able to get an appointment the same-day, which we were so grateful for. Pricing was very reasonable and straight forward. Everyone we spoke with was so friendly, helpful and knowledge. Dr Martin was absolutely great. They even checked in with us the next day to check in on our pet and make sure she was doing better. We live very close, so we'll definitely be back for any of our animal health needs. Definitely recommending to friends and family!
I lift my hands up to Colonial Animal Hospital in love. Thank you for making Archie and I feel welcome and comfortable. This was our first visit and you would think we been going there for a long time. When we first walk into the facility. Archie and I was welcome into the family. We did not have to wait long. Before we was place into the room to see the Doctor Martin and Nurse. They all made us feel very comfortable. They are very professional and but at the same time made you feel like you are part of the family. I love they way everyone talk to Archie and made him feel special. You can tell they love our pat baby and they here because they care and it is not a just a job to them. There is not enough thing I can say about them but they made you and your pet baby feel important, love, special and they want the best for your pet baby.
It was the worst vet experience of my life. Dr robt Martin was horrible. After spending over $1,000. Because of tests he asked for … no answers for chronic diarrhea. He said “do I want a diagnosis or a cure?”, after tests proved nothing … he said my dog was fine, he didn’t think chronic diarrhea was suffering, wanted me to put her in a drug, not approved by fda, recent surveys proved was ineffective long term and dangerous! Waited two weeks for his treatment plan to be completed … when i called again, said he didn’t need more reminders! He double talks constantly trying to cover all his bases . I wanted a second opinion from his colleague. Doctor never called me back. I was told after calling again I’d have to make appointment with that doctor . More money on my credit card ! Don’t go there!!!
The staff is very helpful, friendly and compassionate! Dr. Martin takes his time with each visit and explains results, next steps and/or issues in terms that are easy to understand. We can't imagine any other practice to take care of our pooch and kitty.
The staff, nurses and Dr. Martin couldn’t have been more caring and understanding with our dog. He took time to observe her and then take steps to make her feel better. He is patient and knowledgeable.
5 star vets, office staff and techs. I've been a loyal follower with multiple fur babies for ten years and never had any problem. I trust Dr. Martin's fund of knowledge and years of experience. I wouldn't feel comfortable anywhere else. He went above and beyond to text me directly at home recently. That's caring. You can't ask for more than that in my opinion.
